Today’s Recommendation: Jennifer Lopez (Glitter Eyeshadow) Makeup in American Idol First Episode

I have not watched American Idol for many years. I stopped after the second AI. But this year I thought of peaking just to see what Jennifer Lopez would wear..you know.. it could be bad, sexy or fabulous. Either way, I find her intriguing (and I admit that unapologetically!).

I wasn’t disappointed for trying because I love her glitter eyeshadow and soft pink lipgloss! Her makeup looks great on TV. They sparkle and I love sparkly stuff!

My guess.. She must be using Stardust Eyeshadow Bobby Dazzle color (white with iridescent sparkle) mixed with Spacey Cowboy (beige with iridesecent sparkle) by Urban Decay or something to that effect! For lipstick it could be anything (Chanel, Stila, Nars, etc.). It looks so shiny yet natural looking. If I have to guess, her lipstick looks close to Barely Legal color (marshmallow pink) by Two Faced.

Celebrity Make-up artists LOVE Eye Kandy Glitter Cosmetics! Once you apply the glitter using the stay-put base, Liquid Sugar, the glitter stays on all day. You can blend the glitter over your eye shadow to achieve this look. Other products like you mentioned only flake all over the face throughout the day. You definitely do not see the glitter breakdown on her face in these photos. Eye Kandy comes in 60 colors. My guess is this shade is Butterscotch or Candy Corn.
