Today's Recommendation: Bibimbap, a Korean dish

If you haven’t tried Korean food and are interested to try one or if you are in a Korean restaurant but not sure what to order try, Bibimbap.  You’ll never go wrong.

Bibimbap per wikipedia literally means “mixed meal.” Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with sautéed and seasoned vegetables and chili pepper paste to taste.  Sometimes with raw or fried egg and sliced meat which is usually beef or bulgogi.  There are many variations of Bibimbap such as Dolsot Bibimbap which literally means bibimbap in a stone pot, but my favorite is Sashimi bibimbap available in Echi Sushi West Hollywood.  So instead of bulgogi they put sashimi.
