I will be a volunteer parent for my son’s field trip this coming week and I realized that I need comfy shoes to wear since there will be lots of walking and activities to expect. I admit, I’m not a “sneakers-kind-of gal”. Most of my shoes are composed of either stilettos, flats, boots or sandals. I have one running shoes but that’s about it. So I decided that I need to get myself a good pair of sneakers.
My requirement: It has to be comfy without sacrificing style.
I fell in love with Michael Kors’ Boerum Logo Leather-trimmed Sneaker (Photo: Left) and Keaton Suede Slip-On Sneaker (Photo: Right)
“Like the perfect cashmere sweater or a roomy leather tote, the Boerum logo leather-trimmed sneaker by Michael Kors is a must-have for any off-duty wardrobe. This chic logo pair is the ultimate pick for the girl on the go. With supple Nappa leather trim, this multi-tasking mainstay also provides excellent comfort. Slip them on with cuffed boyfriend jeans and a relaxed T-shirt for inimitable weekend or even workwear chic.”
On the other hand, like cozy knits and boyfriend jeans, slip-ons are a must-have style for off-duty days. In soft suede and leather, the Keaton sneakers (black shoes on right) are just the right fit for the job. Slide them on with leather leggings and a billowy silk blouse for a sporty-chic weekend look.
