WHAT: Hi/Low dress is a kind of dress that is short in front amd long at the back. This is what you call the “Hi/Low Dress”

WHERE DID I SEE THIS STYLE: American Idol (2012). During this season I noticed that a lot of female contestants wore a lot of Hi/Low dresses. I see this dress more and more now in the streets, malls, groceries, and mostly everywhere here in Los Angeles.
