These books are not newly released but they have been best sellers of all time for no reasons. Don’t be deceived by the titles. The contents are even better! Don’t go dating without reading them first. You think you know already, but you don’t until you read them!
This books is excellent. This book is for those women who have, yes…been burned or who have a tendency to lose themselves in a relationship. If you’ve been with someone for years and everything is fine..then you don’t need help. If you’ve a string of great relationships then you probably don’t need this book either. Unfortunately for many women out there…they have been burned or have a tendency to bend over backwards for a man and lose their self respect for the sake of their relationship. This book is for these women. It can serve as a tool for internalizing positive messages and methods for not being conducive for trampling via feet. – Amazon review
Argov has a rare ability to make you laugh and at the same time helps you realize how to do better. It’s a feel good read that is entertaining and brilliant at the same time. You walk away feeling like you stand a little taller, and that men are likeable, sensitive and human. If you’ve ever wondered why most relationships stall after two or three months, after reading this book, YOU’LL GET IT. – Amazon review
3. He’s Just Not That Into You: The No-Excuses Truth to Understanding Guys
This book really isn’t just for women, and it really isn’t just about relationships. True, it focuses on empowering women to say “Hey, I’m worth more than this and I’m not going to settle” which is a wonderful thing to realize, but it really goes beyond relationships. We are conditioned to work hard (and, as an unfortunate side effect, suffer) for everything in life – jobs, material possessions, etc – and when love or money or other things we want don’t come to us, it’s easier emotionally to justify and/or make excuses as to why we’re not getting what we feel we deserve when we want it. Whether it’s the attention of a man (or woman) or a promotion at work, the power of this book is that it tells you in no uncertain terms that YOU are the only one who will suffer if you continue to cling to something that wasn’t meant to be. – Amazon reviews.
Yes, there is a movie made about this. But I don’t recommend watching the movie before reading the book. For me, the movie doesn’t really give justice to what was all told on the book.
Women can sit around with our girlfriends talking about how much men don’t make sense or how they won’t act right, but we oftentimes find better advice by actually asking for advice from our guy friends. The only problem is our guy friends may lie to spare our feelings, but Steve Harvey is not trying to be our friends and he’s telling it like it t.i.s. in his new book, “Act Like a Lady: Think Like a Man: What Men Really Think About Love, Relationships, Intimacy, and Commitment.” – Amazon Reviews
